One of the front desk staff was very rude she didn’t have good customer service skills, kept us waiting for over 30 min just to come and say that check in couldn’t be done yet

This is an extended stay hotel, I understand that. However, it would be nice if they emptied the trash and replenished toiletries, without you having to go to front desk and ask for them. They do not even provide a convenient location to dispose of your trash yourself. Night girl at front desk lazy, attitude was undesirable.
