Very basic. Anything that comes with normal rooms must be asked for at the desk. ( hair dryer, iron, etc) No one there from 11pm to 7am but says you can call 500 to get what you need but no one answers. I knocked on the door too. Went die ay 715 and still no one at the desk. A gate pulled down over it. Seems unsafe not to have anyone working at all.
My go to hotel when visiting the Denver area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes.
