It was ok no one ever came to the room and asked if we needed anything ever I had to go get my own sheets they said that they was coming up to take care of the room nobody ever knocked at the door thank goodness I do come with my own towels and sheets outside really needs maintenance allow dogs to live there then they need to pick up after them daily there is poo poo everywhere and you really need to have a limitation on dogs and places like that the big dogs and that only dogs should not be allowed it makes a person real La... read more
The hotel is very close to the immigration building. It is also close to many restaurants. The room was clean, but it was noisy because the staff were cleaning the room above ours at 930 pm.
Customer service was excellent during check-in. Always pleasant when Ms. Monet is available for any of my questions or concerns.
It's strategically located, near to all other places I need to go to, particularly to the place of my work. The only downside is that the Wifi service is very poor.
The cleanliness, the customer service, price of room. Amenities.
They don't clean rooms. Don't take out trash... won't give extra towels.. no hotel basics. No carpet.. no grab n go breakfast.... staff are very suspicious of guest.... will try to charge you for any little thing... like trash outside your room!
The room was very dirty, there was food stuck to ground it wasn’t swept or mopped. There was hair and piles of dust all around the toilet and floor in the bathroom. The room smelled really bad, I had to get air fresheners for the room. Not enough towels or soap to wash your hands. I had to buy handsoap and paper towels to wash and dry my hands.
