As a single female guest I didn’t feel very welcome, there was no acknowledgement upon arrival or thank you upon departure. A “welcome to Woodspring” would have gone a long way. Overall just an uncomfortable feeling and not feeling secure.
Dirty room
Very clean. Easy to get to. Lots of other businesses close by. Rooms are spacious, clean. We had some noisy neighbors above us that made sleeping a little difficult. Mostly due to hardwood floors. Otherwise happy with overall experience
service is always the service is outstanding and friendly. Clean as well.
Great location, Central to everything! I had a great stay. Linda was amazingly helpful, and gave me some great tips about the area. Staff was friendly. Easy Parking, free coffee. Elevator and hallway could use a bit more attention
the General Manager was very polite and helpful. clean and quiet.
