Saved the trip I arrived late and ran into difficulty with my cell phone. This was the night of the 20th. I'm about deaf and maybe panicked a bit. The two young women at the desk were extremely helpful; there's no doubt they really cared. These two deserve special recognition. They turned a disaster into a victory. And I never had the feeling they were helping as "just part of their job."I will definitely stay here again and I will strongly recommend it.

First impression was not a good one. Desk agent was innitially rude. You can never get past lobby without swiping pass? Is this a reflection of clientel?? Room was certainly adequate and some staff were friendly. It seemed a hit or miss, depending on the day.

Very clean. Easy to get to. Lots of other businesses close by. Rooms are spacious, clean. We had some noisy neighbors above us that made sleeping a little difficult. Mostly due to hardwood floors. Otherwise happy with overall experience

As a single female guest I didn’t feel very welcome, there was no acknowledgement upon arrival or thank you upon departure. A “welcome to Woodspring” would have gone a long way. Overall just an uncomfortable feeling and not feeling secure.
