Overcharged I was overcharged than the amount I reserved for. If I didn’t ask for a receipt at the check out, then I wouldn’t know about this overcharge. The staff said that there is going to be refund, but I haven’t got it yet. I sent email two times to ask for the refund, but didn’t get any response.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the walls were a bit thin and I could hear the neighbors but overall I would recommend this hotel and stay there again. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. A car was necessary.

Dissapointed Arrived at 10pm after a long drive and wanted to go straight to bed. First room we were assigned was still dirty. TV on, towels on the bathroom floor, unmade beds, boxes of trash sitting on the counter. We went back downstairs and were assigned a new room. No harm no foul at this point. New room was clean, and looked well maintained, save for the hole punched in the backside of the bathroom door. The majority of our guests are long term and bring their items or purchase what we have available. Again I am sorry this was an inconvenience. I am also sorry that you had issues at check in, it is our main goal to give you a clean room at check in and great service. We do appreciate your business and thank you again for letting us know about your stay.
This hotel is more for those who need extended stays. Each room has kitchenettes and the facility has an on-site laundry. Surprised to see linoleum on the floors instead of carpet and it was a "towel exchange" system since there didn't seem to have housekeeping services on a daily basis. Very economical though if price is the only factor in your decision. Probably won't stay there again.
