Wood spring motel We have stayed here for business the last 3 of 4 weeks... I book a week in advance for one week at a time ... we do the pay at hotel option on hotels.com. This past week the staff was at our door at 9:45 am asking if we had planned to stay ... answer was yes as we had another confirmed reservation... 10:15 they were back saying we needed to leave as they rented our room ... keep in mind the check out time is 11 am ... needless to say the staff was clueless... so I am frustrated with the front office ... sta... read more

Fine hotel; as basic as any I've ever stayed at. No illusion (which is sorta better than a bad one) of luxury here. From an environmental standpoint, I really liked the fact they don't stock rooms with tons of toiletries--no waste. But just know that the room, while new and clean, is certainly built for function, not form.

Convenient and comfortable Chose this hotel because of proximity to medical center. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed for extended stays, relatively easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Its a good location and good hotel, just needs some carpet cleaning in hallways where heavy traffic is
The hotel is conveniently located and is a great price for what you get if you are looking to save some money as I was looking to.
