Less than mediocre. The room was VERY basic, but I guess you get what you pay for. My biggest complaint was the brightness of the room and the noise. There are only blinds covering the windows and a bright street lamp right outside the window. It was like daylight in there with no curtains. Also, I think the walls and floors are made of paper. We could hear people stomping and talking all night. We got ZERO sleep.
Satisfied Customer Hotel was very clean and nice. Employees were very welcoming, and the price was great for the room. The location was a bit difficult to find at night but overall worth the stay. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Denver, CO.
There was a bit of marijuana aroma around the grounds and in the halls...The coffee area in the lobby didn't have real sugar for two days. But overall it's a very clean place with very good service.

Great place Great place to stay, I only stayed 2 nights and I wouldn’t of wanted to go anywhere else, great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Woodspring hotel review Bed was comfortable, very quiet even though it was new years eve. Nice and clean would definitely stay again!
