I had never stayed at this type of hotel before. I didn't get enough explanation of what was provided or how to get some amenities. Other than that it was wonderful.

The location was convenient, but there were quite a few "interesting" folks around. I don't know if the area is safe or not, but I made certain I had all my valuables out of my car and with me in my room. The room was quiet, but it didn't feel clean. Smeared glass (from "cleaning") on the artwork on the wall is an indication of how well the room was maintained.

Hotels .com over booked. Hotel didn’t explan where room was. And key didn’t work had to go back to office

Bed was comfortable, which is most important. Otherwise, OK for the price and location, but staff was more like a bad Motel 6. Seemed very rushed/understaffed, little knowledge of the local area. I asked front desk guy for directions to nearest laundromat and he sent me to a dry cleaner. Also, who cleans a room and leaves a tissue box with 2 (exactly 2) tissues?

When arrived to the hotel there were several cop cars tracking someone and didn't feel safe. But when inside the hotel felt better.
