Clean but VERY bare bones. you have to ask for anything/everything there is NOTHING to start in the room. cups towels coffee maker you know your basics have to be asked for. the hotel does not have ice machines so go next door to gas station orfill ice cube trays and wait. I was surprised to find out they didnt even have a crib/pack n play available, surprised because this is an extended stay hotel boasting they offer the comforts of home...not so much. however they are clean and hotel is near a LOT so that was nice. wont re... read more

Leaking bathroom The entrance is filthy to the lobby OMG---the bathroom toilet has been leaking a very long time due to the water stain on the floor behind the toilet (we told management placed a towel to sop up dripping water during our stay) the bathroom sink did not drain. No Ice machine or ice in fridg? Management said we could buy some at 7-11. Really turned me off on Stay America

Good Manager was great, genuinely kind. Hotel room was completely adequate, as expected for this price range. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Mattress was firm, which I like, but others may find it too hard for their tastes. Nice system of jogging trails about a quarter mile from the hotel.

Frustrating and I am an easy person to please Our first night in a 3 night stay was frustrating, because they had given us a code for the wi-fi and we had called down to the desk to have them reiterate the code, as to how they had put it into the system. The woman at the front desk insisted that she had put it in all in lower case. It took literally hours of time calling down several times to the front desk and then being sent to a phone number that at first put us on hold and then we called back after 22 minutes and it just... read more

I'd stay there again. Asked for clean towels 3 times. Never did get them. Bare bones but fairly cheap, clean, quiet. Would stay there again.
