Ok place to stay. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Jenn at the front desk was great. The rooms are comfortable. I just wish there were ice machines. There are ice cube trays in the freezer, but of course it takes time for them to freeze. The walls seem to be thin. I heard the dog in the next room barking, kids running up and down the hallway. It sounded like elephants were stomping around in the room above me. The room was reasonably clean. The big problem I had was housekeeping. Friend and Convenient I was there on business and my stay was very enjoyable. The staff and residents that was there were very friendly, knowledgeable of the area. I would stay there again, when I come back to town. Thanks to everyone there.

Easy access to freeway and restaurants Our room must have been occupied by a smoker before us although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It smelled like cigarettes the whole time we were there. Other than that, good stay for the money.

Very convenient location. I needed a hotel near the interstate that would be in between the two meeting locations I had to go to. Not only did this fit the bill, but it was surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, retail, and convenience stores. Just what the business traveller needs.

Comfortable stay in good value 2star establishment 3 night visit to south Denver on business. Very clean and tidy. Surprisingly quiet, given its close proximity to Hwy 470. Breakfast provided in minimal (instant oatmeal, long-life muffins, coffee and muesli bars) but I didn't expect much given the price point.

Exceeded expectations! Best value in town! I was looking for an economic place to stay, but was having a hard time finding one that didn't have a lot of bad reviews about non-smoking rooms wreaking of smoke, This particular had some decent reviews so I decided to check it out. Wow, was I impressed! It didn't feel like an economy hotel at all! It was newly remodeled and spotless! Kitchenette with full size fridge. Staff was friendly and helpful.
