Great hotel, great area. It was marvelous, staff was friendly and the mountain view is great
Convenient location I enjoyed my stay. Was surprised there were no hangers in the closet, and none of the standard toiletries nor hair dryer, but those could be obtained at the front desk. A bit noisy, but I was close to the hotel maids' supply room. Great location to restaurants and shopping, and easy ingress and egress; plenty of parking. Overall, a good experience.
Dirty sheets We had a two bed room but at night when I went to get in one, it appeared the sheets were dirty. It was late do I just slept with my 10 yo daughter. On our way out the next morning, I mentioned to the desk clerk who said they'd get changed. Came back that night to the same dirty sheets. Gross. The rest of the experience was fine.
hotel close to wind tunnel The room was very uncomfortable due to the stale smoke smell that permeated the room. Despite using Fabreeze the room still reeked. There was no other room available. We have stayed there 3 times before and this was the only time we have had a problem.
Comfortable hotel and nice surroundings Hotel was comfortable, I stayed for work for 8-10 days. Neighborhood has good eating options. Room was comfortable. I wish they allowed early checkout as it was difficult to predict the number of days my work was going to take, so I had to make multple reservations for 2-3 days to avoid early checkout forfeit of payment.
Close to mall and light rail stop Rooms were basic but clean. Very friendly staff. Coffee and snacks in the lobby for breakfast. Easy access to I-25. Walk to Park Meadows Mall and restaurants. Short distance to light rail system. Tip: Do not park your car at Park Meadows Mall and get on the light rail cars were being towed. Parking for the light rail is on the other side of the highway!
