It was nice. Tre at the front desk was extremely helpful and accomodating to my needs. The room was very clean and the area was quiet and peaceful.

The staff are wonderful and friendly. However they did not have the room I reserved or something comparable available. The building is very dated and is in need of repairs (panels had fallen off in the elevator, sink leaked in room, fixtures in the room were bent, cracked, warped, or dented.

I left my favorite sweatshirt behind. I called back a day later to see if there was a list and found it I could pay to have it shipped back. They just throw everything away. I know I shouldn’t have left it, but just tossing everything seems kind of cold.

Room was clean, but the whole place felt like it was tired. The feel was like this was a different motel that was sold and now it is a lower rent property. Room was clean, but furniture was banged up. Had a kitchen, but no pots or pans or plates, etc. Freezer didn't work.

I am sorry your stay was not up to par. We have dishes etc available for your use, you just had to request them. We don't keep dishes and such in the rooms where they will possibly just accumulate dust in between guest's stays. As GM, if a guest is not having a good stay with us, I would like to know about it so I can address the issue(s). This is the first I am hearing about your dissatisfaction. I hope you give us a chance to redeem ourselves.
