badly needed fixing the room was somewhat old and needed a makeover.. the toilet was clogging daily, and the very friendly and competent maintenance man came the first day to snake the toilet. Fortunately, he left the plunger in our room, as we used it daily. the toilet was a top button flush and just didn’t have the water pressure.. the main room carpet was absolutely filthy with black stains, so awful that our socks were black in the bottom. Comfortable surroundings, pleasant property, accommodating "Guest Services" personnel day & night , clean grounds, plentiful pet turf, central "south" location with freeway access just a couple blocks from hotel simplifies travel to/from central Denver, housekeeping on point with fresh linen & towels, hotel Manager says "hello" with a smile ... "Thank you" to all of you, I appreciate your "nice".
Great place! Good location, just far enough away from stuff but close enough if you need something.

Staff was great I stayed 4 days due to big storm it was very nice and staff was great
They take care of you and Themselves thank goodness there wasn't a blizzard or bad weather while I stayed

Pleasantly peaceful. Thoughtful personnel from check-in thru check-out. Room well stocked & well cleaned. Plentiful parking & pet walk surroundings. With laundry room on-site, bargain room rates & several fine dining establishments within walking distance why go anyplace else ???
