The Good, The Bad and the... The staff was helpful and friendly. Location was hard to find in Denver. The biggest issue was their subbing a smoking room in place of the requested and reserved non-smoking room. When asked about this, I was told they have been converting former smoking rooms to non-smoking ones, I must have gotten one that had not been finished with. Bathroom had some issues, worn out cabinet drawers, tub and sink both had rust stains and rings. Small commodes being to close to the wall. Limited parking. Overa... read more

Overall good The room was nice and clean. The desk clerk was very helpful. Our only complaint was the bed was hard.

Do NOT stay here! I booked this stay over four months in advance, to arrive there and be told my room wasn't available. The room they "so graciously" offered us was disgusting. Paint peeling off the shower walls, dirt all over the floors, and the bottom half of the bathroom door was missing!! Water pressure was a joke, and the city shut up water as a whole during our stay. No refunds were offered for that. And they had the nerve to take a $50 deposit in case WE damaged something. I couldn't believe it. Terrible, terrible, te... read more

I love the staff . Manager was mean . Then I never got my deposit back and the room ceiling is caving in with moldness and I couldn’t take a shower and I killed a big cricket earlier

DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked into the room and were immediately hit with the smell of smoke and other unidentifiable smells, and ash on the bed! One bed had been partially unkempt. Hotel grounds are disgusting and have a creepy vibe to the people staying here. On the property- out on the back side of the hotel there was a homeless population, people fixing their cars and people pleasuring themselves. Property is very unsanitary, lots of activity in the parking lot at night, rooms were disgusting & we did not feel safe. Booked a non smoking room and they gave us a smoking & didn’t say anything, when we went back to change rooms they locked the doors & refused to answer. Found staff in laundry area & asked about the non smoking room & they said they didn’t have any left. I cancelled the stay & had to fight to get my money back.
