There was never anyone at the front desk I had a meeting I had to get to and got locked out of my room, and couldn’t find anyone to help. Called about 50 times no one would answer the phone ever. Tried to do an early check out (was okay with not getting a refund) and they wouldn’t even except my key as they said i wasn’t allowed an early check out. Very horrible costumer service, horrible room smells like fresh cigarettes everywhere. Overall a horrible place to stay save your money.

We had to move the dresser in front of the door because the lock was a joke. People arguing in the middle of the night and breakfast was oatmeal & coffee. Horrible!

Worst hotel ever Worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in years of traveling for work. Rooms are in shambles, staff is completely incompetent. Immediately when I got there I was put in a room that someone was already in, 20 minutes later after I was moved they tried to put somebody into my room. That happened again a few hours later, and then again in the middle of the night. I wouldn’t know except that I woke up to the door being unlocked and opened up to the end of the slide latch lock. Do NOT stay here!!! We arrived and noticed that there were broken down cars all over the parking lot. Next we were approached by someone trying to sell drugs, inside the desk clerk was rude and had no clue how to give us a room he had to call someone. He Couldn’t even print a receipt.. we asked for a quiet room away from the lady asking for drug money and puking in the parking lot.
