UnHappy Customers..... I actually sent Extended Stay corporate office to complain, we did not have water, very uncomfortable, not a good experience could not bathe/shower, use the bathroom, or brush our teeth....before a six hour drive. Not happy at all.

Adequate The Hotel was fine for the most part, the staff adequate but not overly helpful. The neighborhood and surrounding area was fine. The concern for me was they only clean the rooms/room service once a week. The last day of my stay there was no water and the clerk was very defensive asserting it was "our of our control." No information was given or even available upon request as to the length of time without water etc. No provisions or accommodations were made or offered to help alleviate the situation.

We just stayed the night having attended a funeral earlier. This is a great place for families on a budget to see florida and play in a swimming pool. Entry carpets were dirty and overall hotel worn and tired from guests. our fridge was just cold enough to spoil food. I was not expecting only coffee and packaged muffins and oat bars for breakfast but did not plan to cook either. The rooms are very compact.

close to the beach it is close enough to the beach, but was told that it had breakfast and all they had was coffee so I was disappointed in this. The rooms were nice and close to everything.

The hotel entrance was dirty but overall, the property was average. We only stayed one night until we could check into our week-long rental. The staff was very friendly but I noticed only one staff person at desk at all times. She would often have to step away from the front desk to attend to other issues, so you may have to wait a bit. I don't know that I would stay at another ESA property.
