Convenient Home Away From Home I enjoyed my stay overall. I would like to have had the hallway quieter during the night and early morning, however. I will return; I appreciated the conveniences and will need to stay a little longer next time.

Close to beach Everything was fine except when the lady charged my card on accident and she meant to charge Expedias card.
It was great just the front people not really friendly.

UnHappy Customers..... I actually sent Extended Stay corporate office to complain, we did not have water, very uncomfortable, not a good experience could not bathe/shower, use the bathroom, or brush our teeth....before a six hour drive. Not happy at all.

Adequate The Hotel was fine for the most part, the staff adequate but not overly helpful. The neighborhood and surrounding area was fine. The concern for me was they only clean the rooms/room service once a week. The last day of my stay there was no water and the clerk was very defensive asserting it was "our of our control." No information was given or even available upon request as to the length of time without water etc. No provisions or accommodations were made or offered to help alleviate the situation.
