Convenient location Good value and centrally located. Pool looked clean, but in April it was too cool to get in.
Quaint Excellence. I love cozy... The rooms have the original glass and was restored beautifully. We had room 506, which is the corner room, like many, and it was light, cozy, and immaculate. It took you back in time, and the decor stated that. It is sophisicated Classic. (I love the vintage-print fabric on the shower curtains and swing-arm lamp over the bed! )The restaurants off the lobby, Larks, was very nice. The food was excellent! The only bad review I have to give is the fact that my room was not ready upon my arrival at 230pm. I'm aware of check-in is at 3pm but we were not able to enter our room until just after 330pm.
Tub water was scalding HOT. No cold water. Room Couldn't take a bath or shower without letting water cool for an hour , or adding ice.
