Terrible The room smelled like old, my room had a connecting door to another room and you can hear everything, very disappointed, also they don’t tell you that if you are not saying more that’s week they will not provided housekeeping, very disappointed.

Gross The facility felt dirty. The bed was clean but everything else was old, dirty and smelled like it was a smoking room. The air conditioning was a wall unit that blew cold air in your face as it is located next to the head of the bed. It was so loud that it kept waking me up.

This property is rated at 3 stars but is 2 stars at best. From the outside, it looks fine. However, the interior is in poor shape. There was a strong musty odor in the room that I attribute to a poor AC system that keeps the room cold but humid/wet. Most everything was damp. There are very little amenities in the room. The soap is like wax. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. There are no dishes in the kitchenette. They have to be requested. For less than 7 night stay, there is no housekeeping service. Stay away. Made a reservation two months ago with a guaranteed room type and when I got there they said they were out of my room type and gave me a single king for 4 people. “Breakfast” consisted of store bought muffins, oatmeal packets, granola bars, and coffee. Nothing else. Not even bowls for the oatmeal. The pool had black mold along the rim. Nothing good I can say about this motel. Not the best place to stay It was 7:30am no breakfast no coffee was made like they said there would be.. and appliances were old and rusted.. not the best place to stay

From the moment I arrived I wasn’t impressed. The first thing I noticed was the trash and cigarette butts on the ground. I lost count of cigarette butts that were on the ground outside. The trashcan outside was overflowing With trash and needed to be emptied. The hallways, laundry room and the so-called breakfast area had trash on the floor as well. We used the stairwell because it was quicker than the elevator and the steps had cigarette butts and a used Q-tips laying there the whole time we were there and never picked up. ... read more
