The only pro was staff were very helpful and friendly esp Dalena. The room itself was dingy, old and dirty. There was a distinct smell of urine as if someone urinated over the entire carpet. The beds were uncomfortable and pillows did not look clean. There were stains on the bed sheets. I do not recommend staying here. By far this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

The facility and rooms are extremely dirty had to clean the the bathtub to shower carpets extremely dirty poor house keeping and parking lots have trash. Pool clean table and chairs never get wiped down

Check in was fine. The room was horrible. Room smelled, floors sticky, trash under bed, linens had hair on them and mattress had urine stains. The bathrooms were dirty trash on floor and in the sink. Pool area not what we expected and pool was dirty w/debris. People hollering in the hallway up until 1:30 am and could hear the adjoining room. Will not be back and will not recommend this property.

The first room the beds were made but the sheets and pillow cases were not changed. The beds covers are not made or changed but every eight days, Coffee was empty and creamer empty. only check-in clerk was the only one to service everyone. No ice in the ice machine. Very poop place to stay. Should have stayed under a bridge and saved nearly $400.00 dollars.

I have not one good thing to say about this hotel. The bed was extremely dirty. There were mysterious white spots all over the brown blanket and there were stains on the white sheets as well. I contemplated just sleeping in my car for the night because of how unsanitary this hotel was. There were bugs crawling around in the cabinets by the kitchenette sink. The ice machine also didn’t work which was disappointing as Im traveling and needed some for my cooler. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
