My room was clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice TV.

Decent and Affordable I like the rooms are big with full refrigerators, microwave and you can cook your own food especially breakfast as they only had instant oatmeal. The room had a funny smell but I always have bath and body works candles so it was decent for 2 nights
Older hotel and shows it. Hotel is older and shows it. But worked okay for my needs. I was in quarantine for a week and the mini kitchen was great. I did have to go to front desk to get dishes, etc. No one was ever at front desk. Had to shout to get someone's attention. Nothing close to walk to like restaurants.

crappy customer service The front desk person "David" was absolutley terrible. He was rude and not friendly, actually walked uptimes to us and yells "name" "photo Id".. then his computer wasn't working and told us we couldn't check in and would have to find another hotel to stay at! unbelievable! Told my family they couldn't use their own credit card, only the one on file, i used my card to book then thought they would use theirs to pay, eventually a girl named Latia helped us and fixed it, would never stay at extended stay ... read more
