Good business trip Nice hotel overall , service not to personal, near shopping and interstate highway , nice surrounding area. Would recommend to other business travelers .
Nice room but The room was burning up and no matter what we couldn't get it down to a comfortable level. The room was also very noisy at night.
A good place to stay for a few days I spent five nights at the extended Stay America Novi Michigan and found the location to be excellent for my needs. The hotel is less than 1 mile from Interstate 275 so it was easy to get to any place from the hotel. The hotel was clean and very well staffed. I received great customer service especially, from Phylis.
Expectations Not Met I was disappointed with the overall interior appearance of the room. There were no dishes or other kitchen ware available in the room. Had to ask for it at the front desk. Maybe theft issues in the area. I travel a lot for business and this is the first time that I encountered this. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast items were minimal. For the type of hotel that it is and price I expected more. Will probably not stay at another extended atay hotel in the future.

Great location and place to stay This was our first time staying at an Extended Stay. Clean rooms, great shower water pressure. Staff and location very good.
Social trip I have stayed at this property a few times now and always have a good experience. The property is nice and quiet and seems to be in a fairly quiet and safe area. It is located behind and near a lot of stores so is ideal for longer stays.
