Not happy Late night customer service was horrible. Called to let them know that the dealership next door has had their alram warning gling off. Comment made back to us was its not my responsibility and that she is retired. If a customer complains about something they should address it.

Rude overnight staff Front desk Maria and Rana were helpful, but one of the late night front desk was rude. Seems like she didnt want to be there when i called to be connected to my room. She did not make the two night stay there comfortable. Everyone else was pleasant, but extremyl upset that the late night person was rude and gave poor customer sevice.
