Terribly, deeply dirty The room was so dirty, the floors were sticky. It had a deeply, dirty odor...not just superficially messy, but awful. There were two flies and a big termite in the room. My husband and I stayed the first night because we arrived late after a 12 hour trip but should have left immediately. The smell gave me a horrible 3 day migraine. We left the next day for a Sheraton and Expedia was good enough to give us a $200 discount.

Had fire alarm two days in a row at about 4:30 in the morning, didn't sleep well. Don't know what was happened. No explanations from hotel, no apologize.
poor fromtdest service I asked for taxi service in the morning but half an hour later when I came down to lobby there was no taxi. Frontdesk lady told me that no body pick up the phone. Seriously..really?? I called myself for taxi , of course they answered the phone and taxi came in few mins. I was late for work that day because I missed the train. My experience in this place was Awful. Plus Wifi connection was bad.
