Room was swapped 3 times. Toilet overflowed in room 1. Room 2 was an ash tray and room 3 had an awful smell. Manager refunded remainder of stay.

Bed bugs! The room must have previously been a smoking room. It stunk of old cigarette. The windows were open about an inch & unlocked when I entered my room. Had I not checked I may have slept unsecured! The bathroom & carpet needs a thorough deep cleaning. All furnishings are beaten up & worn. Also, I got several bed bug bites and have been dealing with the hotel's insurance company which is slow & annoying! The one nice thing about this hotel was the staff. They were polite & helpful. It was ok until i noticed the mold on the shower curtains. The cable was horrible with nothing but news to watch. And the tv was analog and the channels would go fuzzy often. Luckily i was there just to sleep. But i will not be going there again!

Basic hotel, nothing like the commercials I already gave a rating but our phone didn't work in room, no toiletries was given. We weren't even told they had wifi, no information booklets in room. I had cut myself and asked front desk for a first aid kit and they had none. I checked in with my 2 kids and no roll aways beds or cribs. Just overall unhappy!!! And I hope I am accommodated for next time maybe at an extender stay somewhere else.

Disappointed. I chose "Extended Stay" because I wanted a getaway with some home conveniences like the kitchenette and the free breakfast. I brought food to cook to get me through the 2 days. But I was disappointed when I got into my room and the kitchenette was bare no kitchenware, not even a coffee pot. I called the front desk that night to inquire and she said they have it at the front desk but the person that can bring it to me is busy, can I wait til the morning. Stay away! Book the Hilton across the street. Non-Smoking room smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes. I did not realize extended stay really meant extended stay, people actually live in this place. 1am in the morning woke up to a kid running up and down the hallways screaming for mommy. 2 am in the morning got woken up again toa police officer knocking on someones door.
