My stay with Extended Stay America was good. We unfortunately had loud and rude neighbors in the room next to ours. We contacted the front desk right away and they tried their best to handle the situation. The people next to us just did not care or respect those around them. Our room ended up smelling like smoke because they were smoking in the room , it was coming through the walls. The smell traveled into the hallway as well. Otherwise the staff and hotel was great.
