The service at customer service at front desk was poor

At our arrival the police was in the lobby trying to kick someone out, I should've used that as a clue. After checking in, our room was disgusting, tried calling the front desk several times but no luck. We ended up using our own sheets

OK not great It was ok, good enough for a night... a little unclean as there was hair on the bathroom wall and I was missing a towel and pillow... overall it served its purpose

The bathroom door can’t lock, so it can open from outside. The WiFi is fast however there are times when it randomly shuts off which is not good. Overall, the kitchen works fine and so does the air conditioning unit so it’s a good stay.
