The staff are friendly and helpful. They truly do their very best. There is a critical need for security after 9 PM in the extended stay america hotels

The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The counters and tub looked as if they were not cleaned properly. The carpet had stains of gum or something similar. The overall cleanliness was disappointing.
