The young Gentleman at the counter did a tremendous job. The Room was clean and the neighborhood felt very safe. I was expecting plates and silverware in the room, however there was none. Learned later you had to get them from the front desk. No biggie will stay there again

Family When I get to the hotel for check in they explained to me about they’re overbooked the rooms but they give me two rooms for the price of one they apologize and we have a good time

NO ICE MACHINE!!!!!!!!!!!! When booking on line, you need to know these "little" details. The location of this property is not near anything. Would have stopped off somewhere and got some. This needs to be pointed out at the time of booking. You would expect anything but a roadside motel not to have a damn Ice Machine!!!! Staff was nasty about it as well! Also the free breakfast does not exists. Coffee with a few snacks does not equal breakfast in my book!!!!
Just ok Hotel was ok. The furniture needs replacing (it was in bad shape) and the kitchen floor had burn marks all over it. Bathroom cleanliness was mediocre. There was mold at the water line on the toilet Beds were comfortable Air didn’t work very well

Just a few minor issues Always enjoy staying here but one thing that they never have is coffee creamer and sugar when I ask for the coffee maker for my room. I’m a coffee drinker ☹️. I purposely stay at Extended Stay of America hotels because they provide a coffee maker. Also this time the inside part of the fridge door was dirty with jam and the tv we couldn’t change the channel we had to watch only that one channel good thing it was a good channel.
