The room was dirty and the sheets were stained, the front staff was not very friendly at all

Rude clerk The night man could not give dierections to the hotel. When we found the hotel he was rude in words and attitude. He could see that i am disabled and yet gave us a room as far from the elavator as you could get and still be at the hotel. After the 8 hour dirve from Cottonwood, Az my legs were hurting bad and i could hardly walk. The last thing i needed was a rude clerk.
I had a a terrible experience first of all the lobby room smelt horrible, it was small and cramped. The room smelt like dirt and so did the sheets the refrigerator didn’t cool or freeze appropriately. Also the tub didn’t drain. The floor was stained worst hotel I’ve stayed at, not going back

Our reservation was confirmed and the hotel recepcionist was very rude informing us that we did not have any room reserved for us that night.
Sucio La verdad que huele muy desagradable, la alfombra muy sucia y el piso igual la verdad en este hotel no lo recomiendo

Poor overall hotel I had loud neighbors, a full trash can, hair in my bathtub and a dirty toilet. No HD cable TV either. My buddy had to deal with unfriendly counter service as well when the washing machine took his money and wouldn't work. No laundry detergent for sale in laundry area.

Since the moment I walked in it was a horrible experience. They women in the front came at me with an attitude I remained calm because maybe she was having a bad day. I had trouble checking in but when I did my room had the most DISGUSTING smell. The carpets, you can tell they don’t even bother with them. My bath tub had hair. And my refrigerator had food from the previous guest I assume. Worst place don’t recommend. If I was you I would stop doing further business with this hotel!!
