El peor hotel a través de Expedia en el que nos hemos quedado. Llegamos de noche al hotel y nos tuvieron como 20 minutos esperando antes de que nos atendiera alguien. El hotel era para no fumadores, pero las habitaciones olían muchísimo a cigarro. Supuestamente había desayuno incluido pero este era un café y un panecillo. En las escaleras los basureros estaban llenos de basura (parecería que no hubieran limpiado en varios días) y en el refrigerador había comida de otros inquilinos. This place is a pit This place is a pit. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The cable (Direct TV) picture was terrible for all 6 (yes 6) TV stations you get and when I asked the office about it, they just said "... yeah it has been like that for a while". The floors in the rooms were sticky. The trash outside on two of the floors did not get picked up for several days and stunk. This has to be the worst Extended Stay I have ever stayed at and I stay in a lot of them. #DontStayHere

Old appliances, plumbing was noisy when other rooms used it. Clerk was friendly and knowledgeable, El Paso hotels were full along the interstate #10 had to travel off path.

Television connection wasn’t very good. Bad wind storm came through and knocked out internet and cable. Other than that we slept well except for someone With heavy feet.

My card was illegally charged and no one helps. The room was dirty. Staff is uncaring & rude.
Girl at front desk when checking in was short, rude, and frustrated. Condom wrapper found in the room, conditions of room not great.
