Great hotel. It was nice place to stay.Quiet location, and the grocery store was nearby.Within walking distance, which was great.

When they say smoking they mean it! I stayed in a smoking room it was all that they had available, gosh I had forgotten just how over powering a room can be that isn't air'ed out once an a while. During the winter (this is in Fairbanks Alaska) smoke just permeates a room as their is no outside air. So have to take some of the blame for my choice but have stayed at other Extended Stay's and as they were non smoking didn't have any complaints.

I read many reviews prior to booking and had decided not to stay here. But after looking at prices this was the cheapest. Needless to say I"m glad we stayed. the rooms were incredibly comfortable (beds too) and it was a perfect location for all our activities. They allowed pets which was a must for us. and not once did I hear other dogs parking nor did it smell like pets. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Fairbanks hotel The. Holding definitely shows some age and wear but everything was clean and worked fine. My only issue was that I only got a single queen room instead of a two queen, but they provided a rollaway bed so our 3 people fit well enough for one night. The price was excellent for the area!

Comfortable Room The Extended Stay in Fairbanks was clean and quiet. It had a kitchen, and was close to a Fred Meyer for convenience. Daily cleaning was optional, but I only stayed the weekend. I would stay there again if I were going back to Fairbanks.

The price fits the condition This hotel offers what all the others do, but the condition is rather disappointing. However, considering the price, I guess you get what you pay for. They try to charge you for every little thing which is annoying. I am a believer that if you are going to nickel and dime a customer that you should have just put it in the price to start with. They charge for things like not doing your dishes, which is silly since they really don't give you enough dish soap to be able to properly do your dishes. P... read more
