extended fairfield Not the best I've stayed in. But compared to surrounding hotels I prefer this one. Cleaner and when I request non smoking I don't come out smelling like smoke anyway. Wish they'd consider changing the shower heads though..horrible pressure that sprays every direction

Cleaniness Staff has got to do a better job of cleaning, we found empty cigar packaging (was a nonsmoking room) and condom wrappers in nightstand drawer, also the dresser was in need of repair, i found the bed to be super solid. i expected more for the price we paid, however the use of small kitchen was nice, could use more uteniles like a wine opener, being so close to Napa and all.

Extended Stay Am. on Oliver Rd, Fairfield CA Overall, the place was clean and service (at the desk) was good. It was a bit shabbier than I would have expected. Obvious holes in the bedspread and a lack of maintenance on simple things gives one the impression of a general decline and lack of interest in the place. Bed was way too hard--like a board with a sheet over it

Convenient location, good price, clean Decent place to stay. Nice staff, clean room, cozy bed (minus flat pillows) and close to everything.

Good thing I didn't need to make a call I asked the front desk person at least three times to get the phone repaired or replace. Each time I was told the engineer was on the way. Yea right. Other than that it was a decent stay for the price.

Fairfield extended stay-smoky even in non-smoking My room was advertised as non-smoking but the hallways reeked so badly that I could smell it in my room. The bed was hard. The staff was helpful when needed and the location was very good for my needs.

Limited comfort in room. We only stayed one night and didn't require the use of the very basic kitchen facilities (they were a bit sparse - missing items). Limited pillows - 2 very "empty" ones serving no purpose. Location was best feature.
