What’s Missing. Extended stay hotel yet no paper towels or silverware in room. Breakfast was just carry away, no juice or milk.

Served the minimum of what we needed but given the mix of long-term residents and others like us seems to have taken a toll on the property. For the price I think there should be more amenities. And the rooms need an over hall update!

It worth it even bit high priced it Front desk services was great two nice gentleman day and night shifts was excellent. They were well communicated it snd maids never was disturbing it. Thank you!

When we called at 6PM to say we had been delayed and would still be checking into our confirmed reservation they said they had no room for us. It was infuriating. 'We had prepaid, had a confirmation number and he was saying there was no room for us. We knew ALL hotels in the area were booked up so my husband drove like the devil to get there telling the clerk "we'll be there within the hour, there better be a room for us...we had just driven 8 hours."
