Clean and adequate Greeting by PJ very pleasant. Room was good value for the money. Location close to Rte 84, restaurants, and shopping. Room was quiet. Hotel is unpretentious .

Rough start The check-in process was quick and easy. However, upon arriving to our room, the door was open and the room was a complete mess. It clearly was not cleaned prior to our arrival, a little after 5pm. I called downstairs and they quickly accommodated us with another room. The room itself was fine. It was smaller than I expected, especially for the rate but it was sufficient. One of our neighbors had a dog who barked a little at night but it was fine after a while. During a long holiday weekend, the hotel's only elevator was out of service. No attempt was made to fix it. Guests were inconvenienced as a result.
Hotel condition The only bad thing was that the elevator was broken from Sunday to Monday. We left on Monday so we had to make several trips up & down in order to leave.

Minimal amenities Minimal amenities. Only one wastebasket. No cups or any utensils. Not even an ice bucket or coffee stirrer. Quite crowded with kitchenette and two queen beds. Otherwise clean and comfortable enough.
I have stayed here twice and never had a problem. Its comfortable, nice and I would stay here again. Staff is super friendly. I come down here for school on the weekends. I live in the Bronx so Im exhausted and feel at ease when Im able to get a room at a very reasonable rate.
