Not quite what I expected... The staff was nice, courteous. The room was located just off the lobby and main entrance. Room was not cleaned or looked at by hotel staff at all during my stay. I was later informed that the rooms are cleaned upon check put and or once a week. Dirty towels were left in room for the whole week. I was told that if I wanted clean linens they would give them to me and I could change them myself. Guess just not what I expected for the price.

Loud I liked everything about this hotel except there were no trash cans outside so I had to carry my dogs litter bag inside. Another thing is that my room was a few steps from the front desk and it was very loud at all hours of the night. The staff was loud and their television was way too loud. I would stay again but next time I would request a room away from the front desk.

not what I reserved I had confirmation for 2 queen beds. Upon check-in, was told it was 1 queen bed. I said no, that I had confirmation for the 2 queen. They were full but they did put my daughter, grandson and I in a 2 full size bed room. I was told that "expedia does that to us all the time"? SO, I did not get the room that I reserved but I doubt that I see any refund.

Nothing special. Came to this hotel with a group of friends. It was ok. Nothing special. They say breakfast is included. They have coffee a bowl of apples & bananas snd some packaged type of pastry. But even most of that was gone. No where to even sit to drink your coffee. Would try another hotel, if I'm back in this area.

It's ok hotel for the price Good hotel for the price, bearby 24hrs walmart which was very convenient. Stayed here for stormville antique show. It was convenient location for that aspect as well.

Would stay there again. Better than we anticipated. While it's not luxurious, it is a nice place to stay with several restaurants and shopping centers nearby, and it was greatly appreciated that this hotel is pet friendly.
