Dirty UGH to maid service. Ok, it is extended stay, so the maid does NOT show up while you are there and if you need a clean towel you ask at the front desk. BUT, the maid should have cleaned our room before we got there. It looked okay when we arrived, but when we were leaving and I was checking to make sure we didn't leave anything I found all sorts of garbage shoved underneath both beds! Garbage that was NOT ours! Empty juice bottles, cookie wrappers, wadded up tissues, HUGE dust bunnies. It was shocking.
Nice basic hotel Hotel served its purpose with a clean room and nice staff. Wasn't much of a continental breakfast as it was just prepackaged muffins and coffee but that was fine too. I would stay again if in the area.

Clean and adequate Greeting by PJ very pleasant. Room was good value for the money. Location close to Rte 84, restaurants, and shopping. Room was quiet. Hotel is unpretentious .

Rough start The check-in process was quick and easy. However, upon arriving to our room, the door was open and the room was a complete mess. It clearly was not cleaned prior to our arrival, a little after 5pm. I called downstairs and they quickly accommodated us with another room. The room itself was fine. It was smaller than I expected, especially for the rate but it was sufficient. One of our neighbors had a dog who barked a little at night but it was fine after a while. During a long holiday weekend, the hotel's only elevator was out of service. No attempt was made to fix it. Guests were inconvenienced as a result.
Hotel condition The only bad thing was that the elevator was broken from Sunday to Monday. We left on Monday so we had to make several trips up & down in order to leave.
