Very Basic Hotel, Good location We stayed in the hotel for one night. The beds were very comfortable but the hotel was very basic. The room was clean but certain essentials one expects were missing. There was no shampoo, but that was provided at the front desk after inquiry. Also there was no hair dryer. We were also give one by the front desk but it was the kind that is supposed to be attached to the wall so it was a little more difficult to use not fastened. No Toiletries :( I stayed one night at Extended Stay America. My check in and out was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. My only compliant if you want to call it that was that the room doesn't come with toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner. I did call the front desk to see if they had any shampoo and they did, and said that I would have to come down to get it.

Comfortable, convenient I only had one night at the hotel but wish I had had more to take advantage of the kitchen set up. Nice little kitchen area with full fridge, pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. They seem to have been slightly understaffed, with desk clerks doing double duty in other areas.

service disappointed that they did not have ice machine and you had to ask for new towels. we had 2 day stay. Disappointed in breakfast...disappointed there was no where to hang out except your room.

Great Customer Service! We had three rooms and all were exceptionally clean. We should up early and even though the hotel was completely booked they did their best to accommodate us and let us in to our rooms early accompanied with warm smiles. We even brought our pets who also loved their stay and the friendly staff. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here again! Great job & thanks for everything!
