desk staff It was our desk clerk's first day - he was in a panic as his computer password wasn't working - He got help on the phone, actually went to our room to check the cleanliness - a great job !

Though hotel was unable to find the exact hotels.com reservation, they gave us a room anyway which was appreciated at our late night check-in.

Better than expected Very clean throughout. Very quiet. No corridor or road noise. A/C worked comfortably in the 100 degree weather. Breakfast was less than continental. But area has many varying prices restaurants. Great to have a refrigerator for beverages in the extreme heat. No maid service. Laundry facilities available -if needed. We did not use. Friendly staff.

Similar to other review The convenient made me choose this hotel. The quality of the items used in the room was below the level, what was expected from experiences in the past. Staffs are helpful, but not extraordinary. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Nice Hotel for a night Clerc sais that room was with two queen beds, but there's no way that they were queen beds. They were twin beds, so that wasn't very pleasant since I'm 6'1" and had to sleep with one of the kids and my wife with the other... The other thing, no pool. But for a one nighter it was ok very clean and pretty new.

Angenehmes Hotel in angenehmer Lage Nach 6 Tagen direkt in New York City haben wir uns einen Mietwagen genommen um im Woodbury Outlet einkaufen zu gehen und um anschließend weiter in Richtung Kanada zu fahren. Fishkill und das Extended Stay America sind ca. 20 Minuten vom Outlet entfernt und haben sich super für uns angeboten. Das Hotel wurde frisch renoviert und macht im ersten Stock einen super Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet und waren sauber. Die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu waschen kam uns auch sehr entgegen... read more
