Run down Room was very run down- carpet was nasty - toilet seat had chunks missing from it- bathroom sink had tiny hairs left on it and a dirty sock was still under the stained dirty chair in the room. Will pay the extra $$$ next time for a sanitary comfortable room!

Would not recommend This was booked for me by my office manager and usually we have had good luck using Hotels.com based on the ratings and reviews. This hotel was not in the most desirable part of town. I was even uncomfortable leaving my car there overnight.....thankfully there was a patrol car that I parked next to, in hopes this would ensure some safety. Not Satisfied My stay was horrible. The room was not clean and it smelled of smoke. My bed was not comfortable and it was very noisy from the other occupants. I was very displeased.

stay somewhere else Not very nice. I asked for a non-smoking room, when I went to check in at 3 they told me the room wasn't available and the cleaning staff were all at lunch and to come back later. When I came back the room was available but when I went to the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. The walls are thin and the people staying next to me screamed at each other all night.

"Not for couples and families" We requested and paid for a non-smoking room however the room that we were given perspire a heavy cigarette scent. Our room was located on the bottom floor and there were people congregating outside in the hallway carrying on loud conversation for hours. Because of the experience we cancelled our last night stay. The cancellation process was very difficult on the Expedia side. All in all there was one positive note to our stay the front desk clerk (Neka) was very nice and helpful.
