Disappointing/Needs more attention to cleanliness We arrived very late night on 4/3/2015. We ordered and paid in advance for two [2] rooms with kitchenette facilities. Upon checking in we found that our beds were not queen sized as booked and requested by our travel agent and based on how the rooms [2] were advertised. Don't Stay Here My wife and i have stayed at Extended Stay America's before and they have been great. The Extended Stay America in Ft. Lauderdale Cypress Creek/Andrews Ave. was pretty bad. The hotel staff was great but every else was bad. Here are the list of things that could be improved. The heater option when turned on (in the A/C unit) smelled like something burning. Pouco satisfeito Muito sujo, mau cheiro, geralmente fico muitas vezes em hotéis extended stay america, e fico sempre bastante satisfeito com a qualidade custo ( o fato de ter cozinha e um fator muitas vezes decisivo), mas desta vez foi o pior hotel desta cadeia que fiquei, não voltarei a ficar neste, mas vou continuar a ficar noutros da mesma cadeia.

Fort Lauderdale - Extended Stay É um hotel afastado demais do centro sem serviço de quarto , o cafe da manha é apenas um copo de cafe e um bolinho que devem ser pegos na recepção. Os telefones não funcionam, enfim não é agradável. Pode ser que outros hoteis da rede sejam melhores mas este é sofrível.Sem gps terá uma dificuldade grande de achar.

I would not want to stay for an Extend period of time. We'll, upon checking in, waiting in line for 25 minutes at 11pm, I was greeted by seemingly the only person on staff. He was helpful, and friendly and apologized for the wait. That was really the last positive thing I have to say about this experience. The room is out right dirty. I am not a very picky person but there was hair not only in my bed, but also on the towels. I made the ill advised decision of walking around with out socks on, and was rewarded with the bottom... read more
