Not Satisfied My stay was horrible. The room was not clean and it smelled of smoke. My bed was not comfortable and it was very noisy from the other occupants. I was very displeased.

stay somewhere else Not very nice. I asked for a non-smoking room, when I went to check in at 3 they told me the room wasn't available and the cleaning staff were all at lunch and to come back later. When I came back the room was available but when I went to the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. The walls are thin and the people staying next to me screamed at each other all night.

"Not for couples and families" We requested and paid for a non-smoking room however the room that we were given perspire a heavy cigarette scent. Our room was located on the bottom floor and there were people congregating outside in the hallway carrying on loud conversation for hours. Because of the experience we cancelled our last night stay. The cancellation process was very difficult on the Expedia side. All in all there was one positive note to our stay the front desk clerk (Neka) was very nice and helpful.

"Frühstück inklusive" bestand nur aus Kaffee/Tee und Fertigtüte Haferschleim, abzuholen in der Rezeption. Hotel liegt unmittelbar neben einer Schnellstrasse mit Verkehrslärm.

"Noisy and dirty hotel" Very noisy and loud. Either you get a room beside the freeway or beside a busy street. You can hear delivery trucks loading/unloading late at night or past midnight in front of the hotel! The rooms are not sound proof and we heard a couple fighting out loud one night. This is not a hotel where you can relax. They said it's free breakfast up to 9AM, but when I went to get breakfast at 8:35AM, they won't replenish the food anymore. Also, bring your own toiletries - they dont provide them.

Not in a desirable area Hotel is in a less-than-desirable neighborhood...would definitely not stay there again.

Cheap Place to Flop This was the worst place I have ever styed. Zero amenities and pretty much a do-it-yiurself room. I think this chain should drop this chain. NEVER AGAIN!
