Needs Renovation Hotel needs an overhaul. While the rooms are obviously cleaned and the staff has done what it could, the carpets had permanent stains, there were scrapes and flaking paint on doors and door jambs, water damage in the ceiling, and generally haphazardly done repairs (holes patched but not painted or textured to match, elevator vents missing screws etc.) Towels had holes in them. Great value I was in town for a conference. The staff was very accommodating, and polite. They suggested restaurants to go to and sights to see. The only negative about the room was the bathroom fan was loud.

Hotel simples, mas bem confortável O quarto é bem confortável, espaçoso, limpo. Mas não é muito bem localizado. Fica há uns 30 min do Sawgrass e uns 15 min de carro da praia. Mas como usamos só para dormir, valeu a pena pelo custo benefício...

le seule point negatif est que l'on m'avais dit qu'il y avait un petit déjeuner servi de 8:00 am a 10:00 am mais quand je suis décendu a 9:25 le matin on avait ramaser le café et la nourriture. Cela m'a décu un peu..

keep looking! my room smelled. the furniture is old and stained like the elevator and the carpets in the hallways. i stayed here a month ago and the card reader on the back door did not work so you could just walk right in without a room key anytime you want,its still broken. I dont recommend staying here. I have stayed at many of their properties before and this one is the pits

Hotel is on decline For a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled of smoke. It was okay for one night but you can see the decline in the hotel.

Hotel mit normaler Ausstatttung Das Hotel war leider nicht einfach zu finden. Ein Schild an der großen Straße fehlt leider, so dass wir einige "Ehrenrunden" um die nahegelegene große Kreuzung gedreht haben bevor wir es gefunden haben. Ausstattung: Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Pool, Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Das freie WiFi hat leider nicht funktioniert, das Personal hatte auch nach Rückfragen an der Rezeption wohl wenig Ahnung davon. Also sind wir zu einem nahegelegenen Fast-Food gefahren und haben uns dort eingeloggt.

Staff are kind & willing to help esp the front desk staff,Judy.She made us feel welcome. We are traveling with 2 couples before the cruise to Eastern Caribbean.The location is close to restaurants & easy to find.Room is huge for a studio deluxe room
