Basically, it looked good. Room 108. It looked recently renovated. The floors looked great and the appliances were nice. However, the air conditioning unit's blowned air smelled musty. The filters were clean, so the unit itself needs a deep clean. I found cockroaches in the electric socket by the bed. Also, for almost $240, the "breakfast" "grab and go" was coffee and packages of instant grits, was an insult. And you had to use a coffee cup as a bowl.

Hotel is good. It should have daily cleaning facility, water heater in room and drinking water bottle should be given.

I arrived late to check in and had difficulty finding the front office. I drove around the property/buildings and realized I drove right past the front office because it was not visually obvious (i.e., internal lights were not on, nor was the office labeled). Given my late check-in time, it was understandable the front office had to be unlocked. The employee was helpful. The property itself was underwhelming. Property rooms needs to be renovated. Also rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned for new guest(s). Good location & in walking distance to shopping plaza and restaurants.

Lack of maintaining The fist room we were assigned, had a terrible smell from the carpet, we had to ask for a room without it.
