last minute stay they advertised breakfast but all they had was coffee and tea. I don't consider that breakfast included. I was charged for making a local call. I didn't know there was a cost and it wasn't displayed by the phone. please was nice, room was clean. there's a kitchen but no pots, pans, or utensils.

ehhhh room smelled like cigarettes, just kind of outdated overall. definitely has long-term residents. finishing on the kitchen cabinets was peeling off, didn’t look like surfaces had been wiped down.

Clean room but outside hallway are very dirty.

Only issue is that property hallways were dirty, it needs pressure washing
It was fair for the one night stay. I was there for work. The price was a bit much for one night but expected for last min.

Well, you get what you pay for. Just needed a quick overnight while passing through Florida. Had a moving van, parking was good for that size vehicle. Front office staff at check in and check out were polite and helpful. Room had a sweet smell to it, had to have been the cleaning solutions but it was strong.bed was fine for one night. It was clean, but old and needed repairs. Bathroom cabinets were falling apart and so were the lights and the coffee table.
