Didn't like the fact that there was no clear indication as to where the lobby was.As a first time user.

They did allow us to check in a little early, we slept in our vehicle for a couple hours as our flight was early. When the room was ready they did come let us know. The guy Alistar checked us ina nd was very helpful to get us in the room and pushed it to be ready as soon as possible. The lobby was just a tiny room. When we went to check out it was locked and we had to wait outside at 4:15AM til someone came to the desk to let us in.
