The room was subpar The room was old as ever. The sink was stained and the room and the bathroom had a very moldy type smell to it. The AC barely worked in my room. It was not a good experience at all. Extended stay is usually okay but this particular extended stay was subpar. I only stayed here because I needed to get away and I already paid my money and it we pile have been too much to look for another hotel due to sky rocketing prices due to spring break. Great location. Nice and clean place. Stores, restaurants..
The property was average, needs some updating. The rooms were clean but still seemed a bit dirty. The desk staff was nice but definitely understaffed. Price was really high but it was spring break. We had loud partiers next door and in the parking lot. After calling desk 2x, it was handled. I wouldn’t stay here again for that price. Everything else was booked.

I was in a non smoking room but the sent of smoke was in my room and in the general area. The rooms need to be sound proof and updated, it was very noisy . There is nothing i like about the property.

Very roomy and comfortable. Priced reasonably. Nice kitchenette area.
