Péssimo atendimento.. Hotel bem localizado, limpo e com excelente instalação. Peca pelo atendimento da recepção... Solicitei "late check out", concordei com tal pagamento desde a véspera da minha saída, mas o funcionário quem me atendeu não me permitiu a saída mais tardia. Tive de sair às pressas do hotel, porque o funcionário me prejudicou e quase me expulsou do mesmo. Pena um hotel gostoso ter um funcionário tão incompetente...

Nice Stay No handicapped unit available as requested. King bed and sofabed rooms were no longer available. Nice bed and unit was okay. Local area was great to walk/drive for food and shopping. Breakfast was not worth offering - wrapped muffins and granola bar and coffee with no milk/cream just sugary cream substitute and only available morning. WiFi extremely slow if you didn't get kicked off. No pool or laundry.

Convenient location. Clean but a bit shabby in spots. Grounds could be better maintained.

extended stay say there water is filtered-someone has forgotten about changing the filter or they don't do it anymore-the water tasted bad-real bad
