Great room for our purpose. Clean, close to the mall.

Special thank you to a front desk clerk Linda she’s awesome. She spent 2 1/2 hour try to help me with my booking. She is a great great great staff member once again thank you very much Linda for all your help and your patience.

It was a good experience. The room was very clean and organized when we arrived. The staff that were sat the front desk were very kind and anytime I needed they were very ready to help! The “not like” thing that I would say is the carpet of our 3rd floor corridor smells a lot! That would be the only thing that bother us. Overall, good experience for what we needed! :)
The staff is very courteous and the location is great. I love the amenities and the grab and go breakfast the hotel offers.

Clean room
Kitchen utensils were provided on request and they were in very poor condition. Stove took an inordinate amount of time to cook. Kitchen sink leaked. Room phone did not work even though it was changed after I complained. During my 8-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once. The pleasant and helpful staff (most) saved them from not getting a poor review.
