Pleasant Very pleasant staff. Was ready to be helpful with all our questions Just wish that we got housekeeping services in our room if only twice a week for the time we stayed there which was approximately three weeks But area was nice and peaceful and all the staff were welcoming and pleasant to us Will stay again

Have to ask for dinnerware, glassware, and cutlery I noticed something about utensils, etc at front desk upon check-in, but didn't read it. I thought there would be glasses and utensils in the room and announcement was for extra. I got ready for bed and was going to eat some food I bought and have a drink, but the cupboards were bare. Rather than get back into my street clothes, I just drank water from the jug and skipped the food. I guess I should have paid more attention at the front.
