The front desk staff kept telling me there were no packages for me when i know there were and it took getting a manager involved to get my packages, there was no shower curtain...

This property is the worst i have ever stayed. No cleanliness. Bad flow of shower . Bath tub was never clean.

Property was dirty, there was broken beer glasses all over the parking lot. It smell like urine on the stairs leading the room. It’s also smell like marijuana and there was cigarette butts all over the place. The room smell old and all the fixtures in the bathroom had rust on them.

The staff were nice. The hotel needs to be upgraded. The grounds outside was dirty, the building needs to be painted and roaches was in my room!

This was my very first time staying at an Extended Stay America hotel. We was there for seven nights and left on the morning of the 8th day (May 12-19, 2019). We was not eligible for room service because we was not staying eight nights. So If we wanted clean linen or towel we had to take the dirty towels to the front desk to get a set of clean ones. Bad experience Nasty dirty place. The tub was disgusting. Roaches in the hotel. Room was humid and moldy.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stood at. The workers were rude and did not care to help. I had to switch rooms because there were roaches! My card to get in the room didn’t work I had to change it twice. Overall it was absolutely horrible never again would I stay at a Extended Stay!!
