Need many renovations The condition of the room was not too clean. It had lots of ants in the bathroom. The kitchen area was deteriorated.

the out side clean but the room need up grade and room services need to be eveyday and the morning breakfast need to improve loke the rest of the hotels and move people will come also it not just me there were another gust there were unplease room smell like animal pee you all meed to do to fo better because went person come if it last minute there mite stay but not ret8 back because off the condition off the rooms

Room was poor carpet was dirty room smelled cook sea food saw some bugs

Its a good location. However, the attention to service by the staff has much to be desired. I called numerous times to get my kitchen utensils. It took 3+ hours. UNACCEPTABLE. Will NOT be interested in staying at this property in the future. Certainly cannot comfortably rwcommend this property to my colleagues.

Horrible place to stay!!!! I booked a non-smoking room and trueness the lady at the lobby gave me a smoking 🚬 room. I told her the room is smelling like someone had smoked there and she told me she can give to me another room but she did not guaranteed the other room is a non-smoking room. The staff are not friendly at all. Be careful!!!!

I try giving places the benefit of the doubt despite other people’s experience but I must say the reviews were very accurate. I basically paid for an overpriced motel. The sheets, towels, carpet curtains were all dirty and the place smelled like a cigar bar. I couldn’t even breathe in the room. I’m glad I read reviews prior to because I had to bleach down the place and buy febreeze with deodorizers in order to sleep the two nights. Never again. This comment, from the hotel: "Michael, we are so sorry to have let you down. We will work to fix this. Thank you for being our guest and for letting us know. Unreal . As a business owner in NYC, I would reimburse fully or partially, the cost of a botched job, back to my client. I would not be able to stay in business had I not!
